Dr Tamsin Coutts graduated in 2000 from the University of Nottingham, UK. Soon after this she spent 18 months working in Australia before returning to Scotland to continue her training. She initially harboured ambitions to be a Geriatrician, but once she realised she enjoyed looking after patients of all ages she moved over to General Practice. She spent time training in Paediatrics and continues to enjoy looking after children.
In 2014 Tamsin moved to WA and has since developed her interest and skills in sexual health and family planning, providing contraceptive services and encouraging sexual health check ups.
She is interested in Cancer care and being part of the multidisciplinary approach to a patient’s journey. She is also passionate about Palliative Care and has recently joined the Busselton Hospice Care Inc board, supporting the community to provide excellent end of life care and bereavement support.
